B. Photos, Videos, and Files (Core Functionality)

Our app requires access to your device's Camera and Gallery (Images/Video) to facilitate the Vehicle Handover Inspection process.

• Why we collect this: To document the physical condition of the vehicle (scratches, dents) before and after service.
• Offline Capability: Users may take photos using the native camera in low-network areas (like basements) and upload them from the Gallery later.
• Dispute Resolution: These images serve as evidence in case of damage disputes between the user and the mechanic.

C. Location Data

We collect Approximate and Precise Location to connect you with nearby mechanics and to track the pickup/drop-off status of your vehicle.

D. Media & Communications

We enable Video Calling, Audio Calling, and Chat features within the app to facilitate clear communication between customers and mechanics. We create a temporary, secure channel for these communications to discuss repair details, approve additional works, or resolve queries instantly.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To process service orders and manage vehicle handovers.
• To verify the identity of mechanics and users during pickup.
• To resolve disputes regarding vehicle condition using uploaded photos/videos.
• To provide customer support and communicate service updates.
• To improve app performance and user experience.
